TERMS & CONDITIONS

My Vocality Membership is a monthly/yearly subscription, it can be cancelled anytime up until the renewal date is due, The transaction is not refundable regardless of reason once the individual has made the payment of the subscription.

NOTE" An email was sent out to all subscribers on the 1st of August 2022 informing the change in subscription with no more "monthly updates" from this date. If you would like to be reimbursed for the rest of the year that has no monthly updates; an email must be sent to info@myvocality.com before the 1st of September 2022.

VOCAL COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

In person/online sessions, Client must give 24h notice of cancelation. Less than 24h notice, regardless of reason will result in the full fee plus room charge (if applicable).

No refund will be made in the event where the client decides not to seek the hours of which he/she is entitled.

The client can choose to stop the coaching at any time.

Failure in payment may result in legal action in which the client has to rein-burst the tutor of any costs of such.

The tutor is not responsible for any accident or damage to client nor clients own personal belongings during the lesson regardless where the lesson is being held.

Clients are welcome to record during the lesson for their own reference but only with the consent of the tutor. Any publication of these recordings are strictly not allowed under any circumstance.

My Vocality website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by the website adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
